Roof Hail Damage, and Hail Damage Roof Repair in Pueblo, Colorado Springs, Fountain, Woodland Park, Monument, CO, and Surrounding Areas
Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas are a hotspot for hail damage roof repairs. Located in what’s called “Hail Alley”, Colorado experiences three to four catastrophic hailstorms per year during annual hail season from April to September. That only describes the large hail and not the smaller more frequent hailstorms. Your roof is the barrier that protects your whole house, possessions, and family. Keep it maintained and strong for long-lasting protection. We work with all types of roofs including asphalt, tile, and metal roofing.
Why Does Colorado get so much Hail?
Hail needs a combination of warm updrafts that keep the hail forming and cold air temperatures that keep the hail from melting on its way down. This describes many of the states on the edge of the Rockies, especially the areas in high altitude. It may seem like a strange mix, but we certainly get our share of strange weather here in Colorado Springs!
Roofing Contractor
All Trades Enterprise has the equipment, licenses, and insurance to get on your roof and give you an accurate assessment and free estimate. Be very wary of companies and roofing contractors from out of the area and without proper references giving roof repair estimates that are too good to be true. After a storm, many dishonest companies will show up hoping to take advantage of the high demand in hailstorm roof repairs. Always check for a license, call to verify and follow up on references. We have been in the area for over 20 years and are happy to give you a list of references of roof repairs in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Fountain CO, Woodland Park, Monument CO, and the surrounding areas.
Roof Hail Damage
Hailstorm season is April through September, but storm season can be all year round. The nature of snowstorm melting, freezing and melting again can be havoc on your roof. Certain areas will experience more water flow than others during the melting cycle. Ice dams can be created through this constant freezing and melting that leads to trapped water that eventually will make its way to your attic or wall space. Therefore, we recommend a comprehensive inspection of your roof in the fall and in the summer. And again in the spring. We want to be sure your roof is ready for the winter as well as has made it through the hail season. Then in spring, we want to look at the integrity after the winter season and make sure it’s ready for summer hail season.
