If a bathroom is coming offline, make sure you still have access to another. These aren’t small quality-of-life issues; they affect how the whole project feels from start to finish.

Look for someone who is licensed and insured, has a verifiable track record in your area, and communicates clearly from the very first conversation. Credentials matter too.
